Visa Services

Due to the nature of our service and the guarantee that all visa applications will be granted, we do not offer refunds for visa processing fees. Once a visa application has been submitted and the processing fee has been paid, it is non-refundable. However, where an applicant has been identified as a security threat by the Nigerian government, a 90% refund will be made.

Visit Nigeria Packages

We understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy for Visit Nigeria packages is designed to be fair while covering administrative costs associated with your booking.

  1. Refund Requests Made at Least One Month Before Travel Date:

    • A 10% administrative charge will apply.

    • The remaining 90% of the package cost will be refunded.

  2. Refund Requests Made 3 Days to Day of Visit:

    • A 50% administrative charge will apply.

    • The remaining 50% of the package cost will be refunded.
